By purchasing a design or commission from me you acknowledge and agree to the terms on this page.

I accept payment plans and arrangements that can be discussed.

All prices are in USD and all costs are to be paid via Paypal as it is the only option I have available in SA.

The above payment method does not apply to SA-based clients, who can pay via EFT.

The Client acknowledges that I, the Artist, am the first and sole owner of all copyright and shall retain the intellectual rights of all Artworks.

This does not mean that I own the rights to your character, only the copyright to the artwork itself.

I am entitled to use the Artwork for self-promotion purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the Client.

The client has Personal Use Rights to the artwork, meaning that no form of Commercial Use is allowed. If the Client is interested in a Commercial Use Licence, this option can be discussed with an adjustment to the Final Cost depending on the scope of the Commercial Use.

The Client is more than welcome to print their piece for personal use. (Plus I would absolutely love to see that, so please tag me!)

A booking fee of 50% of the Final Cost is required in order to book your commission slot. Anything $50 and under is to be paid upfront.

A maximum of 2 modifications may be requested, thereafter a fee of 10% of the final fee will be charged per modification.

Once completed, I will provide the commissioner with the transparent, un-watermarked file(s) where applicable.

Canvas sizes are approx 2500 x 2500 pixels, if you require a specific size or ratio be sure to mention it.

Refunds are not possible unless very specific circumstances occur, under my discretion. In that case, I am to be paid for the work completed.

I will not accept commissions that showcase bigotry: Racism, Homophobia, Xenophobia, etc.

I will also not accept anything showcasing Pedophilia, Non-con, or Zoophilia (seriously, ask me and I will blacklist you).

The character can be used for the following Commercial use purposes: Vtubing, Webcomics, Small-scale Merch, etc (not of the original artwork). If you are unsure, you can ask.

Larger Scale Commercial Projects will require a fee.
